Kendra Adams

“My friend and his family were very involved with the chapter and I saw what it meant to them. I continue
to be involved to because of the wonderful community our chapter supports.”

Danielle Schwager

Vice President

“As a young woman diagnosed with Hemophilia B, it was difficult for me to find others like me. Connecting
with GOBDF provided me with the opportunity to meet other women with Hemophilia and other bleeding
disorders. After many years of volunteering with GOBDF and leading our Women’s Task Force, I decided to
give back in a different way by serving on the Board of Directors.”

Billy Bernard

Secretary

“I was looking for an opportunity to join a non-profit organization board and my good friend, and fellow
Board member, Danielle, introduced me to GOBDF.”

Brittany Selby

“My son was born was Hemophilia A – we had no history. Born just before Covid lockdowns, the HTC put us
in touch NOHF. The organization did so much for us during that time, I got involved to be able to provide
that feeling to others.”

involved because during my tenure I have witnessed the huge impact the chapter has had on helping
patients and families learn about bleeding disorders and teach them to successfully manage their
disorder.”
