How to Pay Your Annual Dental Insurance Fee
Paying your annual dental insurance fee takes just a few minutes online. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Open the payment form.
You’ll see three coverage options:
- $50 per bleeding disorder patient
- $200 per dependent or caregiver
- $650 family maximum
Select the option that applies to the first person you are paying for. If your family’s total fees would add up to more than $650, select the $650 Family Maximum option from the start — it’s the most you’ll ever pay in a single year, regardless of household size or mix of coverage tiers.
Step 2: Choose a quantity if needed.
If you have more than one person in the same tier — for example, two patients — you can increase the quantity on that ticket before checking out. One submission will cover both.
Step 3: Complete your payment.
Enter your payment information and submit. You’ll land on a confirmation screen that says “Thank you for your Registration.”
Step 4: Need to add another coverage tier?
If your family includes people in different tiers — for example, one patient at $50 and one dependent at $200 — click “Purchase Additional Tickets” on the confirmation screen. This brings you back to the form to complete a second submission for the next tier. Repeat until everyone in your household is covered.
A few helpful reminders:
- Each submission covers one tier at a time, so mixed households will need more than one submission.
- Families will never pay more than $650 total per year. If your combined fees would exceed $650, select the $650 Family Maximum option instead of submitting multiple tiers.
- Save your confirmation screen or email for each submission for your records.
